TBH not that many people my age or more little (this is, people who got into Who with the modern series) uses that term, but it has always been the traditional word for Doctor/Master, so I love it! Although now that the Master is the Mistress I guess it should be called timecockvag, or timevag, or timejunk. Anyway, it will always be "timecock" for those who get it ;)
