Hello! I'm alive! Summer has been very busy to be around here, sorry about that. Anyway, as many people in my flist are doing this meme, I'm going to do it as well! I nicked it from

Date: 2014-08-31 07:59 pm (UTC)9. Which fic has been the hardest to write?
An unposted one titled 'Silence' (Doctor Who); it was the first time I wrote about certain trope and I nearly broke down because it was harder to do it than I expected, as I hate hurting my characters (but I love it too). From my posted ones, maybe 'Latin Lover' is the hardest to write, because even if it's easy for me writing about that topic, I'm very invested in that story and that's why the writer's block is a tricky one and I'm literally clueless about how to continue with it now.
15. If you could choose one of your fics to be filmed, which would you choose?
A porny one, because I'm a pervert like that. Surprinsingly, I won't choose a Who one because Doctor/Master is better if it's hinted, so I'm going to choose a Muse one: 'Tu non mi basti mai'. The hottest thing about that fic is the backstory that is only in my mind, and I'd love to see on screen how Matt and Dom relationship evolved until that point. Of course, I'd also love to see Matt Bellamy being fucked in the arse.
28. Share three of your favorite writers and why you like them so much.
And for the third writer... Omg, I hate choosing favourites because I always feel I'm leaving someone behind. Therefore, you'll excuse me but I'm going to cheat a bit:
JK Rowling is one of my favourite authors. I know I have only read by her all the Harry Potter universe, but she's beyond talent or amount of works. She has my heart because Harry Potter is bored into my soul, and for that she'll always be one of my favourites. The things she has achieved with her writing are incredible and I just love her style, how she carefully picks every word but she still makes the text clear and elaborated.
38. Talk about a review that made your day.
The first one that comes to my mind is the one

Date: 2014-08-31 08:20 pm (UTC)Well... I am going to hate you forever because the first one that has crossed my mind has been... Daddy kink *coughs* I think it's your fault because you write it so wonderfully that... Well, you know. So yeah, I'd like to try that at some point.
13. What's the best writing advice you've ever come across?
Write with the senses and not with the words. That's what I want but I'm very far away from that, and it saddens me; but Rome wasn't built in a day and I still have so much to learn. Also another very good advice was to not be redundant.
19. Stephen King once said that his muse is a man who lives in the basement. Do you have a muse?
My muses change as fandom do. Most of the time, my muse are Muse. Their songs really help me to write anything Who related or to find titles; they're almost vital if I'm writing Doctor/Master, for example. In general, music is my main muse, because I usually end writing with one determined song or some special playlist and they help me to get into writing mode.
34. What are you thoughts on non-con and dub-con?
It squicks me and I try to avoid it as much as possible... unless we're talking Doctor/Master, of course. With them, the line between non and dub-con is non-existent or really blurry, and you already know how high the chances are that some non/dub-con will unsue with them, especially if there is Simm!Master, so I take it for granted - and I like it, because it fits them. I can also like it with other pairings, as long as they remind me a little bit to the timecock (a powerful dominant, fucked up relationship, lots of angst, nearly psycho stuff... etc). But, so to speak, I'm not into it unless it's timecock-y.

Date: 2014-09-03 06:03 pm (UTC)I can't think right now of a trope... but in general, I wouldn't write something that involves horror. I don't like horror and I don't know how to write it, especially if it's gore-y or psychologic.
11. Is writing your passion or just a fun hobby?
I consider it more a hobby than a passion. Of course, I'm passionate about it, because it's the only creative "talent" that I have; but I don't want to make of it a profession neither I invest as much time as I should doing it.
39. Do you ever get rude reviews and how do you deal with them?
I don't recall having got any real rude review... Maybe a review I didn't agree with, but nothing rude.

I didn't need to think much to come with an answer. Is from an original piece called "Starboy":
"Sam gazed the dark water and saw the sky reflected: something had changed! The stars were spinning and shining like never before, the moon seemed to be covered in glitter and the whole sky was pulsing like a heartbeat."
8. Share a snippet from one of your favorite dialogue scenes you've written and explain why you're proud of it.
I suck at dialogues, I think I'm much better at prose, but I really liked how the start of "Flashing Lights" came through:
“I bet you wouldn’t do it!”
“Of course I would!”
“Really? Here? In front of all these people, where anyone can see us? No way”
“I would”, Matt assured him with a firm face that made Dom startle slightly.
No, he wouldn’t dare, thought Dom, trying to calm down. He was the one who had challenged him, but it was a joke he didn’t expect Matt will take so seriously. It’s true that he should have expected this outcome, Matt being as competitive as he is, but still...
“No, you’d risk someone taking a picture and they’d think ... other things”. Though his inviting smile hadn’t wavered for a second, Dom was actually trying not to swallow, unsure about the decision he saw in Matt’s eyes.
He raised an eyebrow, a playful smile on his lips.
“What would they think, Dom? That we fuck like rabbits on the tour bus?”
Dom, who was taking a sip of his drink, choked at the question and he had to let Matt give him a few pats on the back, his coughs drowned out by the sound of Matt laughs.
“For god’s sake, Dom, calm down, your other virginity is safe with me tonight”, Matt reassured him as soon as he stopped laughing, winking cheekily.
“And who tells you I’m a virgin?”, Dom countered. Now was Matt’s turn to nearly die asphyxiated with his glass.
“No... no shit, Dom! Really?”, Matt finally asked in a whisper, looking at him in a way that Dom couldn’t read, a mix of curiosity, wonder and... something else that he didn’t want to catalogue in his mind.
The atmosphere had become heavier between the two and Dom immediately regretted his allusion, which was false. However, staring at Matt’s blue eyes, he didn’t dare to admit his lie.
“What is it, Matt? Want to give it a try?”, he hinted, adding what he considered his best seductive look.
For a moment, he’d swear he saw in Matt’s eyes something that resembled lust, and he believed for a second that Matt would nod. This thought wasn’t unpleasant at all.
What the hell are you thinking, Dom? You are very drunk!
As quickly as it appeared, that flame went out, and Matt's face became a mask of mockery.
“Please! It wasn’t me who has been challenging another bloke to kiss him!”
And with one last shake of his head, he left a very confused Dom in a corner of the large room where a party was being celebrated at the most recent awards that they had been nominated for (and that, sadly, they hadn’t won).

Oh! Well I had never thought about this... But I think I'd either to write a prequel or a sequel (anything goes) of In Dreams I Dance With You (http://museslash.livejournal.com/tag/%5Bseries%5D%20in%20dreams%20i%20dance...%20%7Bfin%7D) by
35. Would you ever kill off a canon character?
Been there, done that ;) Yes, I have and I would do it again. One of the perks of writing is that you can literally do anything with your characters, or at least almost anything, because sometimes they rebel against you and suddenly they're doing things you hadn't planned... Anyway, yes, because I am such a drama llama :D A death is something very, very tragic and it can have a massive effect on the rest of the characters, the story development and the reader. So far I've only done it in one of my Doctor Who fics, which I guess it's even more shocking because, according to canon, Time Lords are very, very difficult to kill. But once you have the Master around, everything is possible.
Thank you so much again! I loved replying to these :D
